Selecting a summer camp is an important process. The Troop Committee has defined a process to use to ensure that important factors are considered when a summer camp is selected. The Committee narrows the choice to three candidates. The final choice of summer camp is done by the Scouts. |

Nov 30, 2009 | Blank questionnaires used to gather details about summer camp are sent out to all Scouts and also put on the website. |
Jan 11, 2010 | The filled out questionnaire hard copy is due back at the Troop meeting or via e-mail. The data from the questionnaires get posted. |
Feb 1, 2010 | At the Committee Meeting the parents discuss the proposed camps and narrow the choices to 3. The 3 candidate camps are then posted. You can find the choices posted here. |
Feb 8, 2010 | At the Troop meeting, the Scouts present the 3 choices and discuss them at the meeting. |
Feb 15, 2010 | At the COH the camps are voted on. The votes are tallied and the results of the vote are presented to the Troop. |
Mar 8, 2010 | At the Troop meeting, the Scouts present the 4 choices and discuss them at the meeting. |
Mar 22, 2010 | The camps are voted on. The votes are tallied and the results of the vote are presented to the Troop. |
